Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 10 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping is offered for orders over $70.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally.

Tracking Information

A shipment confirmation email with tracking numbers will be sent once the order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you received your order and items were damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. If your shipment was damaged or not delivered, please contact support@kingofviolence.com with images of the damage and/or tracking information.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in the same condition as received, unworn, and unused. Provide the receipt of purchase and we will email you with the following steps.

If it is determined that the item is to be shipped back, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to drop off your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is accepted, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less a 15% restocking fee (if applicable). It may take up to two weeks for your bank to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact josh@kingofviolence.com.
